What we have built, and what we build for others

Since 2012 we have established and run tree crops, field crops, poultry and livestock on one site outside Ibadan. The same work is available to landowners and investors as a service.

Established on our own land

Every enterprise below runs at Akinware Village, off the Ido to Eruwa road. They are the reference for anything we establish or manage for someone else.

How we take land from assessment to production

The sequence we follow on our own ground and on a client's. Nothing here is skipped because a stage is slow or unglamorous.

  1. 01

    Assess the site

Walk the land, test what it will carry, and say plainly if the plan does not suit it. This is the cheapest stage at which to change your mind.

  2. 02

    Cost the plan

Price the establishment against real Nigerian input costs, with the immature years budgeted rather than assumed away.

  3. 03

    Establish

Land preparation, planting material, planting out and stocking, using spacing and layout that fit what the land can yield.

  4. 04

    Run and report

Week to week management on the ground, with spending recorded and progress reported to the owner wherever they are based.

The farm is the portfolio

We would rather you came and looked at a stand of palm we planted than read a figure about it. A visit tells you more about how a farm is run than any document will.
